Santi Cazorla has urged Spain team-mate Iker Casillas to join him at Arsenal next season.
The World Cup-winning captain has been out of favour at Real Madrid for the past two seasons, and is currently being restricted to featuring in Champions League games only under Carlo Ancelotti.
Speculation in Spain suggests the 32-year-old will look to move on if the situation remains unchanged, and Cazorla has admitted he’s trying to lure the goalkeeper to the Emirates in the summer.
He said: ‘I’ve told Iker I would like him to join Arsenal. His situation is very difficult but he has to make a decision.
‘Lots of clubs want him, including Arsenal.’
