Prince George eased into his first major royal engagement when he went on a crawl-about with other babies at a playgroup in New Zealand.
The future king waved his arms and kicked his legs in excitement before meeting other babies his age at Wellington’s Government House.

He was described as ‘feisty’ by one parent after reportedly making one little girl cry when he took a wooden doll from her.
‘George is bubbly, quite feisty and he took control,’ said 38-year-old parent Grant Collins.
